  1. they started raising rates to stop the hyper inflation in the first place. And it did not stop the inflation. But then yall gonna think a rate cut is gonna stop it? When rate cuts are designed to kick start inflation ans spending in the first place? Right right right. ok.

  2. it may appear that a racketeer knows nothing about choosing a property’s “highest and best use”😅. I’m not the industry. But I’ve always remembered that top 5 principle of real estate from my real estate finance class I took when I was still at TTU. and also I wanted to do a silly rhyme on purpose.
