@bipslone8880 awww poor guy it seems like you were unable to logically put together how iraq was not 40 years ago. And that it has been 40 years and more that Vietnam veterans have been coping and struggling with their service in Vietnam. lolz. cute. And quite also seemingly, hilariously unaware of the well-known gesture of common courtesy many Americans practice with any and all military veterans we come in contact with in any way, shape, or form, regardless of reasons, regardless of politics, regardless of oil. Yes, indeed, that is the common courtesy of thanking a veteran for their service.

you’re trying to tell a person who does not read the comments and who also was a professional license pyschological therapist clinician who helped people with their mental problems, for decades, before he got famous, that he does not know how to listen to people? You’re really a person trying to say that to Dr. Peterson?😂

my whole wide entire life, it’s like, I go in “spurts”. Spurts of beating self doubt followed by spurts of depression and stuff. Adhd, addictions, albeit low level. But still debilitating. Maybe per my adhd, still haven’t found the silver bullet to overcoming spurts of depression and self doubt. But I also know I have overcome it at times. So, my nee strategy is telling myself over and over as often as possible..”catch myself. stop. start over again” it works some of time😅. I’ve basically concluded it will always be a struggle and maybe that’s not ok.. but it’s not not ok either😂. Stop! Start over again. And I pray in Jesus name more and more hopefully also. Also. I quit all my adhd Vyvanse and meds and stuff. I decided that, maybe adhd drugs weren’t helping my other addiction issues…

and so, yes, Syril Victor, thank you for your service. Seems like you’ve been through quite a coping process over the years, and glad you have come to that coping mechanism for yourself.

@stephtimms1776 yes, however normbal is typing about the specific context of this video, the specific context of the subject matter. You are right that glyphosates are worthy of mention. However in the specific context of the ten minute video clip from an hours long podcast interview, only the food pyramid problem was being specifically discussed within these ten minutes. Maybe they did also address the glyphosate issue in the longer entire podcast version? Did you go watch it yet? I have not watched it yet. So that is why it seems normbal was saying that. To be sure, he was not utterly and absolutely dismissing the problem of chemicals and glyphosates. But. He was specifically only telling his own personal story in specific relation to the contextual subject matter discussed in this short, ten minute clip out of an hours’ long podcast that Dr. Peterson did here.

@normbal yes maybe but another issue is belief in said rightness and rebutting the deluge of unfortunately effective propaganda entrenched for decades. Thus we can see, yes of course you were right in 1992, nevertheless; Are there now fewer obese people in the year 2023? Or more? Nevertheless yet again, we are here watching this video. That is good. And off the cuff opinion of mine it does seem, in theory, that more folks are becoming aware of the root causes behind the issues.

was introduced to the paleo idea and Dr. Weston A Price Foundation whilst in university and also did crossfit for a while so i did paleo too. Loved it. And it helped realize and become semi-educated on a lot of this stuff. Very good!
