I’ve basically concluded it will always be a struggle and maybe that’s not ok.. but it’s not not ok either😂. Stop! Start over again. And I pray in Jesus name more and more hopefully also. Also. I quit all my adhd Vyvanse and meds and stuff. I decided that, maybe adhd drugs weren’t helping my other addiction issues…
