  3. i can assure you, rents will continue to increase regardless of rate increases. All the rates on existing complexes are already locked in for years to come. They gonna continue to raise the rents regardless for sure. Rate increase only affects the apartment constructors’ and developers’ decision to start building a new complex, not whether or not they will decrease rent on an existing complex. Unfortunate, yes. But true.

Prices STILL went up MORE. screw all your “less than expected” bullcrap. Inflation rose. It did not stop going up. Gimme some 10 percent rates, a depression and some real and actual deflation by golly!

Well guess what, all the prices on Amazon products are still going up. Their crypto is jusr another marketing gimmick from them. Prices still goes up and they trick you into using their credit crypto thinking you gonna save money when you certainly are not. None of what I have typed here will change your mind though.
