  1.  @jakeaurod  my grandma and her mom were “Okies”. There was a mass migration of “Okies” from Oklahoma to California during the great depression of people looking for jobs and such and escaping the “dust bowl” of crop failures and drought. Many Californians today can trace their lineage back only a couple or few generations to find that their grandparents or great grandparents may have originally been from Oklahoma.

  2. i love the Texas-Oklahoma trash talk back and forth, as a Texan growing up. But it has always been jokes and in good fun. Never met a person from Oklahoma that I couldn’t have a genial conversation with. One of my bosses one time was a lady from Oklahoma. And I even had an Oklahoman roommate too once.

  4. Texas won’t be able to do shit at scale if the democrats get their way and take over the state and make it into California with all the bullcrap. Of note, California has MORE oil than Texas and Oklahoma and New Mexico combined! But alas! Democrat political policies and leftist and marxist political policies destroyed or have almost destroyed all the economic opportunity

  5. $3.00 gasoline STILL ain’t cheap! just because you are from a part of the country where is gas is $7.00 USD does not mean $3 is cheap. 😂 i lived in Midland, TX I remember 1.50 gasoline!!!!
