This could be the result of years of lies spewed by the left, media and certain black advocacy groups putting out the false narrative that the police are shooting black men in significant numbers without cause. All a lie. The best bet to not get shot is to cooperate and keep your hands where they can see them. You are more likely to get struck by lightening than be shot by the police if you do as you are told. Every parent regardless of pigmentation should drill this into their children's head.
