The vast, vast, vast majority of times police lay hands on people, they have it coming because they are fighting the police or otherwise being uncooperative. 40k video's my axx. First, don't break the law. If you are stopped, act like you have some sense, follow the instructions, keep your damn hands where they can be seen at all times. This particular situation is obviously horrific and should never have happened. Fleeing the initial stop put these events into motion. The trucker does bear the responsibility for that.
