  8. "no evidence of fraud" does not mean their was no fraud. It means that for some inexplicable reason the government has decided "not to investigate". No investigation results in no evidence. Of course, our government spent 3 years and over 30 million dollars to investigate phony Russian collusion based on a fraudulent predicate. What did that charade yield?
