  9.  @stanfordmcdonald5625  I'm discussing a professionally equipped & trained security force given all the necessary resources to prepare for these type of events. How many guards did you say were on duty @ the school? Were they wearing full-body armor? Had they received training from the school district in the proper response for this type of incident? They likely ran when they immediately realized they were outgunned. The shooter was equipped w/a rifle firing 7.62's. Do have any clue what tf that means? 7.62's would go right through the armed guards vest, out the back of his vest & continue going ...

Homeland Security can administer the program & start a nationwide pilot program within 90 days or less.
