I got an ultrasonic cleaner just like yours for £30 on FB Marketplace and I am pretty impressed with it tbh, I have done a few vintage motorbike carbs and my Honda generator carb (I did it too long and it took the covering off the float bowl, oops). But I always use the proper cleaner and the heating element on the cleaner and a few runs and it worked well for me.
