  1. Me and the wife went for 10 days one December, fantastic. We took all our Arctic gear just in case but it was not that bad. I would feel safer living there now than I do in the UK

  2. I am ex british military and had been brainwashed into thinking Russia was the bogyman. I went to Moscow a few years back and realised all that I had been fed was bullshit. Fantastic place, I loved it.The West and nato are the real warmongers not Russia, don't get me started on uk and its dictatorial leadership neither.

  3. You don't need a bank account, all the cash points take normal debit cards. and pay out in Rubles. Also the travel agent sorting out the hotel is totally normal and nothing to worry about. The big delay to get in was "Western generated" nothing to do with the Russians
