  1. This brings up the question: WHY did the operator apply the dynamic brake on a slow moving train? The dynamic brake is only effective when moving at speed.

  3.  @TheSpiritedFendron  The US Army isn't a company. In fact, its purpose is to provide ludicrous amounts of funds to corrupt contractors. The only armies comparable to companies are a few that exist in science fiction that are vertically integrated with incentives for improvement.
