  1. These people are correct. Whites should ABSOLUTELY NOT be doing ANYTHING to promote African population growth. Their population is reaching Plague- like levels thanks ONLY to White handouts. Without Whites, Africa's population would be much as it was in the 16th century. We don't need more of them. They're destructive enough with how many there already are.
