  1. Here's what happened: some useless "50 year old White guy's" safety concerns were ignored. Death by forced diversity. This isn't the first time death by forced diversity has happened either. Near misses in commercial airliners are on the rise since all of this pushing for "diversity" and "equity" too. Probably it's all a HUGE COINCIDENCE! Nothing at all to do with incompetent people holding positions they shouldn't hold.
