They have pat downs and metal detectors at certain schools BECAUSE THEY BRING GUNS TO THESE SCHOOLS. Westchester students on the other hand do not. The guns don't suddenly appear because metal detectors are there, the metal detectors are there because of the pre-existing gun problem. And, you can afford to have 5 or 6 counselors when you aren't spending all that money on security. And whose fault is this? The PARENTS OF SAID COMMUNITY. Grow up you stupid bitch.

Sooo....if we get rid of the police, all the ghettos in America will suddenly have well manicured yards and the citizens will decide to pick up all the garbage blowing around that they themselves have thrown down over the years (or the attitude "I didn't throw that down so I'M not picking it up! Sheeeeiit!" will disappear), drug dealers in these areas will get jobs...hence crime will drop and children will be playing in the street, etc., etc.? I don't understand how police are the causes of these things, thus, how getting rid of them is going to change this. I would like to know how many of these idiots has actually spent real life time in a ghetto (as opposed to just passing through in order to say "I've seen it with my own eyes!") and REALLY seen how these people act. I mean if you're too lazy to walk 15 feet and spend 5 minutes per week picking up trash in your own yard, you obviously don't REALLY care about your community or how it appears, nothing. If YOU don't care about your OWN community, don't expect or think that others are going to either. Stop whining and crying and grow up.
