  1. "... with honest hard work and a willingness to follow the evidence, often we can get to the truth." 100% agreed. Many problems exist as a product of NOT following evidence where it may lead because it is deemed "racist" or some such nonsense. Let's hope this "black plague" that is infecting our educational system these days is eradicated soon enough.
