Oregon just passed a bill that in order to graduate high school you no longer have to prove that you are proficient AT ALL in reading, writing, comprehension or mathematics. According to Democrats, it's not fair to ask students to do so because the people of African descent are not smart enough to keep up.

I wish this were true, however, the majority of the problem seems to be genetics.

Equality won't be seen but equity will (academically). Oregon is "solving" this "problem" by passing a bill that nobody has to prove that they are proficient IN THE LEAST in basic reading, writing, comprehension or mathematics in order to graduate high school because those of African descent aren't smart enough to keep up. This isn't something they are considering, it's already been done.

Black Lesbian Poet So...can you explain exactly why evolution (enhanced by humans or natural) produces differences in intelligence, behavior and physical appearance in dog breeds (and every other species on Earth) but not in humans and why hominids did used to evolve but it suddenly stopped relatively recently?

@Fahrenheit451. Weird how people like Black Lesbian Poet accept evolution as true along with the changes in intelligence and behavior it brings....except in humans. Apparently for unexplained reasons, evolution stopped in humans (well... only the non-physical traits) and only relatively recently. I find this a totally bizarre, contradictory belief and haven't gotten even an attempted response yet from anyone about how this is possible.

@nicholasmorrill4711 You will be telling us next that you have a basic education (although Democrats are doing away with that too seeing as how in Oregon you no longer have to be literate or proficient in basic math in order to graduate high school. Reason being that those of African descent can't keep up so we need "equity".). That is caused by abnormal levels of testosterone or estrogen while still in utero. This has been more or less proven. So no, I won't be telling you that. It's high time you WOKE up from your indoctrinated sheep state and accept reality.

@alunjones3860 So what Native Americans descend from East Asians? They were geographically isolated for tens of thousands of years. This is PLENTY of time to develop their own genetic variations. There's no question about this as if it wasn't long enough, they'd still look exactly like East Asians too. And it's probably not societal. You have other races that are living in poverty but the (r1m3 rate doesn't get anywhere NEAR as high as it does in African American communities. It's genetic and the only reason it hasn't been proven is because since the advent of advanced genetics, nobody has looked for fear of being ostracized by the woke mob and never getting a government grant again.

@elizabethmunson2129 Exactly. Look at a world "eye queue" map. They'll tell you the differences are because of heat (not joking at all here. Africa is hot, thus, they have a much lower "eye queue"), but the heat doesn't seem to affect South Eastern Asians quite so negatively. Nor the tribes of the American tropics who built massive stone buildings/civilizations.

I already explained that Ethiopians aren't completely sub Saharan (they will tell you this from their own mouths), and you listed the pyramids of Giza which has been proven that the ancient Egyptians weren't sub Saharan AND YOU AGREED WITH THIS. Ancient Egyptians have been 100% PROVEN BY DNA to be ZERO or MUCH LESS sub Saharan than previously thought by your woke comrades. Otherwise, I don't get the "joke". What is it?

EVERYONE outside of sub Saharan Africa has Neanderthal DNA while sub Saharans don't. Sub Saharans carry the DNA of an extinct ghost population of hominid while NOBODY ELSE ON EARTH does. You don't think that may cause behavioral differences? Either you believe in science or you don't. You don't get to pick and choose which parts of science may cause differences and which don't.

@alunjones3860 I never said there's DEFINITELY DEFINITIVE PROOF. What I said was scientists basically aren't allowed to study this and that's why there's no hard evidence. To anyone with half a brain though, it's almost common sense. One only has to look at crime statistics by race across the globe to see this. Or look at a world eye queue map. You can deny it all you want, but I'd almost stake my life that if scientists HONESTLY looked into this, there would be hard, undeniable evidence..

I KNOW they don't look the same as East Asians as my family descends from the Rosebud Reservation and the pure breeds in my family look NOTHING like East Asians. Therefore, there's obviously been PLENTY of time for distinct, genetic change.

@alunjones3860 So we agree there's a good possibility it's genetics. It just seems to me that it's nearly impossible that it isn't. Any other life form on Earth that has distinct, geographically isolated pockets for a long period of time...so long that they had completely different appearances and behaviors (cultures for lack of a better term), would be called different sub species. It would not be called a "social construct" and told "there's no difference between a Bengal Tiger and a Siberian Tiger and it's all nonsense you made up in your head".

Sounds like interbreeding is quite common in the human lineage. Are you also telling me that different races who carry DNA from completely different SPECIES (not to mention SUB species, which DO interbreed freely all of the time all across the animal kingdom.[sounds like you need a basic science lesson]) makes absolutely no difference? I think you're full of bullshit. Even as woke as Nat Geo has gotten, one of their scientists in the recent "Race doesn't exist" edition is quoted as saying "We need to prepare ourselves...." for when the day comes that racial differences (physical and mental) are found in human genetics.

There may have been a level of incompatibility between breeding hominid SPECIES as SUB SPECIES CAN AND DO INTERBREED ALL OF THE TIME, ALL ACROSS THE ANIMAL KINGDOM. What's so difficult for you "I follow the science!" people to understand about the difference between SPECIES and SUB SPECIES. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE YOU KNOW?
