It's almost like a world map of high eye queues would highlight regions which have successful space programs. "Almost' because eye queue tests are useless.... so I've been told. Another fascinating thing you can do with [U.S.] maps is overlay a map of population percentage of blcks by state on a map of homicide rates by state. It almost looks like there's a correlation there as well between high homicide rates and high blck populations.

And for your question: what exactly do you mean how long did it take for them to develop? It took from the beginning of humankind until they were developed, because to repeat, they didn't have anyone to guide them the way sub Saharans do. So that answer would depend on what you consider the first human. Furthermore, if this information flowed back and forth, why then in the 21st century has it still not flowed into any blck nation on Earth?

Even outside of Africa. So we can rule Africa out as being the common factor. And even when infrastructure is put in place for them, operational and handed over to them. They'll find a way to destroy it. We can also rule out colonialism. India was colonized just as recently yet they have their own REAL space program now. I only see one common factor.
