If these civilizations existed, surely there should be some kind of evidence, just like every other civilization that existed on Earth within the the last 10,000 years or so. @hadessahf3549 The difference however is that there is a history of advanced civilizations though in Europe. Not so in sub Saharan Africa. I don't recall anyone making the claim that nothing wrong was ever done in Europe. Only that sub Saharan Africa did not have any advanced civilization and ONLY had tribal warfare and slavery and nothing more. Unless you have evidence of these advanced civilizations? Let me guess: white people destroyed them and removed even the foundations.

That's why it was pointed out that Africans participated in it before and for a longer period of time. Not ONE SINGLE THING was said inferring it was UNIQUELY African. Stop grasping at straws.

Technews You know that agriculture, astronomy and math came from Africa? Where's any evidence? Do you have any at all? I hear thousands of claims from your kind but the best you can do is misread articles about African Americans being shot with an assault rifle and somehow think that they are pre Columbian, then post links to it, showing you can't even comprehend correctly. Which makes one think you have trouble comprehending EVERYTHING if you misunderstood something so simple. I'm pretty sure all these things came from the Middle East and/or North Africa (which is not black) which is completely different from sub Saharan Africa.

rl184 First of all, Ancient Egyptians were not black. I don't care about your stories of misinterpreted artwork and on and on. We have their ACTUAL BODIES and can plainly see they were not black. Secondly, there are no FACTS showing that Egyptians came to America, much less the Grand Canyon. There are RUMORS. Please post a link to these FACTS as I can't seem to find them anywhere online.

rl184 Columbus's journal also reported a UFO, not to mention it wasn't any first hand account. It was a report of a report of a sighting of "black-skinned people" coming from the Southeast. That's not what I consider hard evidence. If there WAS hard evidence I'd happily accept it, as it would be a fact. When hard evidence shows up for your claims, as is required in every other FACT (not interpretation) of history, I WILL gladly accept it. However the only "evidence" so far is claims because some statues LOOK POSSIBLY black, just like how Ancient Egyptian artwork LOOKS POSSIBLY black, even though we know 100% that they were NOT black as we have their actual bodies to look at. Had those mummies never been found, you'd have just as much "evidence" that the Ancient Egyptians were black. I mean these people had technology to cross an entire ocean, on par at LEAST with what it took overall you build Columbus's and the conquistadors' massive ships, and it all disappeared in a puff of smoke with absolutely NO evidence remaining? I find that difficult to believe, but "when" evidence is found to corroborate your claims, I'll gladly accept it.

Once I get to places like East Africa, I only see drawings made by Egyptians recording these civilizations, of one room grass huts. Where are all the GREAT civilizations? Not just groups of people living in grass huts without even a wheel and waiting for the Northern "Africans" to show up in order to trade anything? I don't consider a bunch of grass huts a GREAT civilization. I guess to each their own though.

ANY other species on Earth who diverged enough to look as different as sub Saharan Africans, Europeans and Asians do, they would be called different SUB SPECIES. The reasoning behind bringing up Neanderthal, Denisovan and "ghost population" DNA illustrates that fact that these different groups of humans were isolated from one another for a VERY long time. If an Asian or sub Saharan also carries 2% of their relative archaic hominid DNA, that's a 4% generic difference. Chimps and humans only differ by 1.2% genetically. As similar as every White-tailed deer is (MUCH more similar than the different races of human), Wikipedia specifically says there are different RACES of White-tailed deer. The one in Florida being a RACE unto themselves strictly because of one small difference: White-tailed deer in Florida are a little smaller than elsewhere in North America.
