Perhaps "African American" is the proper term? If so, should we begin referring to whites as European Americans? Why should certain Americans get a separate title if we're all the same and equal? How many times have you complained about European Americans being called whites as opposed to "French American" or Greek American" or something similar? Never I'm guessing? Why do you get so butthurt over the word "blacks" when "whites" is surely acceptable?
