It's not about worrying that too many Asians will fill seats, it's the FACT that without affirmative action, very few BLCKS will fill seats and they're quickly running out of excuses for why there's a constant, large disparity gap between blcks and Whites in nearly every field, from homicide rates to IQ. levels and everything in between. Edit: ah...I see you get around to that.
