  1. OMG Simon! We couldn't do THAT because, as we all know, blcks are VASTLY over represented committing violent crime and theft and such a punishment might remind them of "being enslaved" or some such nonsense, possibly hurting the blcks' feelings! No, I am certain that the high crime rates present in areas with relatively high percentages of blcks in the population will just have to continue on, unabated.
