@Lenny2012S A handyman doesn't PREFER a diverse set of tools. He NEEDS them to properly do his job. Each tool is suited to a specific task. It's difficult to cut wood with a hammer or drive a nail with a saw. This is not the case in workplace/ societal diversity.

@Lenny2012S Well that isn't the way it's working in America. So far diversity has caused nothing but problems upon more problems.

@Lenny2012S Also, the example of "good diversity" in Australia isn't good because of diversity. It is good because of meritocracy, which is the exact opposite of diversifying for the sake of being diverse.

@Lenny2012S Exactly. The same basic thing can be said about Zimbabwe and every Caribbean island. When I'm speaking about how diversity is beneficial, I mean to huwyte countries. There is absolutely nothing that suggests that diversity will make America or any country in Europe strong. In fact, all evidence suggests otherwise. And NOBODY is pushing to diversify Africa, seeing as how it's supposedly so beneficial and Africa could use a lot of help. That's weird.
