That would involve changing a lot more than you think. One such example and maybe the most affected would be changing how we read time (How clocks read) and having to change all the time zones as this is all set by using a 360° circle, as 360 is equally divided by 15 (the number of degrees the sun apparently moves per hour) 24 times (the number of hours in a day). This is why globally there are 24 time zones. So we would no longer have 24 hours in a day because anything of a base 10 system is not equally divided by 24. ...or 60 foot that matter, which 360 is equally divided by 60, which would mean we would also have to change how long minutes and seconds are because we would have to change it to something like 100 seconds in a minute and 100 minutes in an hour and an hour would no longer be an hour long. It would be a different length of time to give us maybe 20 hours in a day? Which would mean the sun would now move 5° per hour if a circle were 100° instead of 360°. It euros change a lot more than just what we consider as one degree or how many degrees are in a circle.
