The drug war isn't the issue being talked about. It's used as a comparison. This is the stupidest comment I've read all month.

Idk how else to explain that you can make a comparison to something without the thing being compared to being the issue. I can use your "argument" against you just as well. See how dumb it sounds from the other side?) To put fear on people about Carlson? U.S. cities being compared to Mexico as being more violent than Mexico has nothing to do with putting fear in people. It is a FACT, whether it scares people or not. Again: one of the stupidest comments I've ever read.
