  3. According to the Constitution, I'm pretty sure it's legal to carry a gun ANYWHERE outside, raging mob or no raging mob, as long as it isn't concealed if you don't have a concealed carry permit.

  5.  @jonkR96  I'm pretty sure that applies here in Florida as well. I have heard (I haven't researched it yet for myself) that now, however, if you are wearing a mask for COVID-19, basically your concealed carry is null and void until you remove the mask....and they are making wearing a mask mandatory in areas.

  10.  @mm6461  I'm pretty sure he doesn't live inside the State Capitol and was at his home. You know: the place the mob invaded? State Capitol buildings are owned by the citizens and citizens are allowed to go there. Private residences are exactly that: privately owned.
