In Oregon, which has a leftist governor who implemented the following policy, students no longer need to pass a test to prove that they are proficient AT ALL in reading, writing, comprehension or mathematics in order to graduate high school because of leftists crying that skcalb can't keep up, so we have to make EVERYONE stupid so we're all equal.
