@moistcaulk That remains to be seen if they are. I do have an honest question about that however as I'm not familiar with that: why then, if charges are dismissed doesn't this happen every time? What's to guarantee that will actually happen? Because I don't think it will. She'll just scream "RACISM!" again and everyone will be too afraid to touch it.

The point being made here has absolutely nothing to do with whether God is real. It's to do with your right to not live under tyranny, no matter where you want to say that right came from. @mnguardianfan7128 YOU wait a second. Michael Day did NOT bring up God. The writers of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence did, that's why it's in there. Michael Day was simply referencing those documents. That's the point Ordinary Mo was making. YOU made it a religious issue. I suggest if you have an issue with it, take it up with some people who have been dead a long time now. Grow up.

@matesboat9466 And THAT'S the problem right there: nobody should be being a martyr. We should ALL be doing something about this instead of passively waiting for dystopia to actually arrive (waiting until the hole is so deep that you can't get out) while watching others have to make the choice between doing what's right or doing what they're told. This way nobody is being a martyr. The attitude You have is exactly WHY they have to make the choice between following orders or being a martyr. You CAN also be sane and mordant correct at the same time. They are not at opposition with one another.

@mnguardianfan7128 They weren't referring to the Bible, quoting the Bible or implying the reality of any god. They made a statement referring to THE LAW and what THE LAW SAYS. You're being childish arguing that point here and make me embarrassed to actually be atheist. It's childish. @mnguardianfan7128 I also didn't say you DID say anything about America not being great. What I said was, the laws DO mention God/a god, and regardless if they DO say this and regardless whether he's real or not, these laws made America what it is, which is great, so if you have an issue with it, it would seem to reason that these laws made America terrible in your opinion by mentioning God (why would you complain about it if it really WAS great?), but IF you don't think they did make America great, then state your reasons. Learn to comprehend.
