  3. "The whole story could not be more shocking or horrible." It's not shocking at all. Look at the victim and look at the perp. What's shocking? This happens hundreds of times DAILY. HOWEVER, if we reverse the races, there have actually been years where there hasn't been ONE, SINGLE reported case ALL YEAR LONG. Shocking? I think not. Horrible? Sure.
