@chrisroger2000 Difference is your relationship with Facebook is just being an user, not an influenced fan. Facebook also don't condone the scams they promote, they do everything they can to filter them. Influencers are not only totally fine with scams but they are also seeking them. If you are a fan you don't have to defend these promotions, you can say "I fuck with the guy but this is a dogshit shit to do yet I still enjoy his content and respect his work". Nothing wrong with it.

A whole lot of people take advantage of the initial pump to sell as fast as possible and treat it as a quick cash grab. Just like when Supreme release a new collection. You never know if the fans will love the shirt or if it's value will drop but if you can manage to buy it first you can sell it fast before the value drops.

@warlis4767 Pretty sure they know the risk, people are not pouring in their life savings without thinking about it first. They are at best greedy people and at worst scumbags who will try to take advantage of the initial pump and sell as fast as possible. Either way I don't feel bad.
