@Pablo Sanchez Registered LLC can be scams, people can be paid under the desk. These 2 facts don't really prove anything, especially knowing the context of shit-coin cryptos in its current state and how these scams operate in the exact same modus operandi. And as other commentators have pointed out the company isn't being sued. The people who promoted it are and they could even be criminally charged because what they did, no matter if they were paid by the company or not to do it, is called market manipulation !!
