@LarsLarsen77 Monaco isn't where you want to be as a hacker. It's the EU. You want to be Russia, because Russia protects hackers from foreign law enforcement as long as you don't hack Russian targets. That's not a conspiracy tinfoil hat andy take, it's an actual policy of the law. That's why many public hackers live in Russia scot-free, with their identities public and posting on social medias, even though they are actively wanted by the FBI and other institutions. Russia will only ever give them to law enforcement if they ever target a Russia company or organization, that's how the law works there.
