@spookyP9 Dude x's whole ass life surrended English since his damn birth. He is french-canadian, meaning English was always part of his culture growing up. Québec and France are totally different things. We have different cultures, different food, different philosophy, different systems, different education, etc... We don't even really speak the same language (or rather we use different dialects and different words).

Ok but I'm French and I genuinely don't understand the issue ? Sit and stand are completely different and not switchable words in French just like they are in English. I think he was just not listening properly or was using his brain power to think of something else and that's totally fine. :)

@BradenBest I'm familiar with Québec, the vast majority of people who live in Québec speak English. The stores, roads, TV, everything they are surrended with is in English. It's part of their culture. Most people, I don't have the figures but I'm willing to safely bet it would be more than 90%, speak English fluently, the rest partially. They don't even speak French, half of their vocabulary is English so they speak a "dialect" which is a mix of French and English !
