  1. I could get off of meth and weed super easily, never been a big drinker so alcohol was never an issue, but those damn cigarettes bro I can't find a way to drop them regardless of how much I try. Tried everything, had the motivation for it, it's just the mental strength to resist is too strong. And bro I think at this point it's a public service because I can genuinely see myself escalating a casual argument into a homicide if I need my smoke, so irritated and impulsive. I was less itchy off of meth. If you need help honestly the nicotine gums are the only substitute that kind of worked for me. They can be chewed for at least 30 minutes so it's already 30 minutes when you are forced to NOT be able to smoke. They have enough dosage to be noticeable in your blood flow too. The only problem with them is that they don't burn your throat like an actual cigarette does (and you miss it a lot for some reason) as well as you don't have the physical motions of pinching and playing around with a dart which can feel weird.
