And to some degree we're all like that in different fields, remember the math nerd who was barely averaging music grades ? Or the history girl who struggled with sciences ? It's always like that I guess.

  3.  @MYNAMEISKLAY  Exactly ! It's also a great tool for learning "how to learn". Understanding yourself, finding the proper ways to teach yourself and then using them in other aspects of your life.

  4. Compare your performences when you're in a healthy position and when you aren't. Thing like fatigue, chair, morales, even diet ! For example I love Monster but I'm definetely doing better with a cup of a tea, and that's a very insignifiant one compared to mental health !
