He already covered it in the "making the same app with 10 languages" or something like that. The whole concept of the video was going through 100 seconds for a lot of back-end web frameworks.

If they are privacy focused you're good. Using FOSS alternatives and self hosted services is a great start to anti-tracking. Mastodon for Twitter (X, sorry), Motrix for messaging, Owncloud for cloud storage, etc. If you really can't live without tracking social media apps you can also use a reverse-proxy server like the Invidious project does for YouTube. Essentially you don't need a YouTube account to access centric YouTube features such as subscriptions, playlists, notifications, etc. so your sessions are still tracked but they are completely independent from each other. I'm not too scared of private companies trying to sell me inconsequential ads as much as I am of 3rd bad actors mass surveiling networks to find out ways to sway political opinions. It's a problem that individually doesn't seem big but we all contribute to it and it causes a lot of wrongs to a lot of people.
