  3. Sorry but if you get caught smoking in public you usually do get a slap on the wrist. I can't even count the amount of times I've been caught smoking and with weed on me underage and as an adult. One time when I was 19 me and a bunch of friends were smoking at a well known drug park and the cops pulled up. All they made us do was put the blunt out and pour water on it. They knew we had more but they didn't care. I've even been caught with half an Oz and a gun at the same time and all I got was a ticket. They didn't even care... and no weed wasn't legal in my state
