  3. Hey, something that helped me cure my depression is cold exposure therapy. I suffered from clinical depression since I was 13 and then postpartum and situational depression on top of that I was 100% miserable with no will to live untill I found cold exposure therapy. Check out Wim Hof method on here. I say this because it works and let me tell you man it has saved my life and rewired my brain. Wish you the best of luck, keep your head up 💜
