  1. We are going to need two-tier citizenship, with Tier 1 for those who have long ancestry in this country dating back to at least 1945, and I mean a majority of ancestors not just one. Sensitive positions including all elected offices, all judges, all police, all commissioned officers, and all civil servants must be reserved to Tier 1. Anything less and we will lose our county.
