The trouble with female bosses is they are too eager to please. They don't defend their organisations or their subordinates. If the current fad is to say you're institutionally racist and the politicians approve of this, then women bosses will parrot the nonsense to keep the higher ups happy. A senior female manager said to me she considered her job to be to find out what her bosses wanted and give it to them. Meanwhile a male manager defends his team and rejects suggestions they are racist. He will cheerfully say he's got a fine bunch of lads.
