  1. It's got so bad now that regular solutions won't work. SF needs an official squatter camp, with meals, sanitation, medical, garbage collection and a blind eye to drugs. Anyone camping on the street gets forcibly moved there with all their gear. They can leave if they like - but the food, medical, tolerance etc are there and only there. There probably needs to be entertainment as well - maybe big screen outdoor TV.
