  1. Elon Musk is acting as a historian and reporting his opinion that a civil war has already started in the UK. It's like historians arguing over when WW2 started. Some think when Japan attacked China, some when Germany annexed Austria, others when Britain declared war on Germany in 1939 (there had been fighting elsewhere for 3-4 years by then.) The USA didn't enter WW2 until 1941 (Pearl Harbor.) Was that the start? Elon's tweet was certainly not criminal.
