  2. The GMC website publishes the list of doctors up for striking off each week. There's rarely a 'native' name, and when there is it will be for something like "used an unapproved medicine because nothing else was working." The others are mainly 'inappropriate' behaviour.

  3.  @vesavius  Yes, the only way for 18+ restrictions to be imposed without mass digital ID is for the parents or supplier to enabled strong protection on the device before giving it to the child. We probably need better tech, eg, I know of a case where parents did lock a PC before giving it to a teen son, but he installed a different browser and got around the restrictions like that.
