Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Antifa has been deemed a terrorist organization, and membership does not require you to be a card carrying communist. @ Prospero 058: Yes, I'm aware of the CCA of 1954 and the ISA of 1950. But that law has never been enforced. Also, I'm not sure what the details of that law happen to be, such as requirements to be considered a communist, if it renders a perpetrator a traitor or a terrorist with no constitutional rights, the constitutionality of the Act itself, etc. If a person deemed to legally be a communist still has constitutional rights, probable cause still needs to be established for the government to reasonably infringe on a citizen's 4th amendment rights. The fact that a person visited a website would not stand up as probable cause to conduct a quest for incriminating evidence in any Gerstein or grand jury hearing. The evidence obtained would be rendered inadmissible.

Joe Easley as long as it is constitutionally legal, I have no issue with it. I don't really know all the details, but it seems like Sessions is setting a legal precedent for the privacy rights of other groups to be doxxed and fucked with by the globalist ZOG establishment as well.

@ImpalaMama: My opinion about Sessions goes beyond this matter in particular. I don't like very many things that he's done, tbqh, especially all the drug warrior shite. I think Gowdy would be a better choice.

@ ImpalaMama: yeah the Drug War is retarded, but dominating the cartels is not only a drug issue, it's an issue of national security, immigration and border control; I agree with you there. 30 year sentences are better than nothing I guess (which is what state probation is), but we're still subsidizing their existence. I have always been a supporter of civil liberties for all citizens, even Leftist scum, and I have no qualms calling for the removal of someone I deem incompetent. I am a White Nationalist. I believe in securing a demographic White majority for perpetuity in historically White nations through many avenues, none of which are undemocratic or violate the constitutional rights of citizens or breaks any laws.
