  1. Did I really just hear Styx say he "can't believe that the 9th circuit is allowing Congress to get away with not implementing existing immigration law?" Lol the 9th circuit is an activistic left-wing sideshow. They don't care about the law, they care about their agenda. That is the whole point of judicial activism and is why the Left always wants judges who subvert the constitution and/or any law that conflicts with their own agenda for social and political change.
