  4. Hawkins has been kind of losing it lately. He has reversed himself and made some pretty questionable claims a few too many times of late for me to really take him seriously anymore. He is 75 now, and has had ALS for 54 years and it's a motor neuron disorder. It literally kills neurons that control your motor skills. Quite frankly, I'm amazed the man is as cognitively brilliant as he is still and has been. He was only given 2 years to live in 1963.

  5. L B all he's done thus far is order a review of the Antiquities Act. Leftists have made it seem like he's going to completely decimate every national monument. The federal government owns 28% of the land in the U.S., cool your jets. I love the environment too, and I doubt you'll see oil rigs going in at Yellowstone.
