  1. Everyone on the Left always talks about the mandatory minimum for crack, and idiotically conflates it with a Jim Crow law, because crack is a "black" drug. No one said a word about the mandatory minimum for meth, which is most certainly a "rural White drug" if crack is a "urban Black drug." These laws are an attack on the poor, if anything, and poverty transcends race.

  4. Andrew Parker LBJ, Jimmy Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Obama. All have done their part to make the problem worse for everyone. Blacks are the pawns of the Leftist urbanite elite. Welfare and housing projects have disincentivized moral and fiscal responsibly across the board amongst young fathers. It amounts to perpetual class slavery in the end, and it also transcends race, but adversely impacts Blacks the most. Black culture is to blame for the rest of the disparity. Rural uneducated poor Whites are just as stuck if not worse than poor uneducated urban Blacks. At least Blacks have positive discrimination i.e. affirmative action. But uneducated and poor people of all races are fucked once they find themselves in the clutches of the criminal justice system. You need money to fight the tyranny of the government in our court system. It's a travesty.
