  1. @Bobby Bologna: McCain is hated in the veteran community. Believe me. I am a veteran and volunteer at my local VA. I've met hundreds, maybe thousands of veterans, but I've never met one that likes John McCain. Songbird flew bombing missions over North Vietnam, so he almost certainly has killed thousands of civilians. He was shot down because he disobeyed a direct order to abort his mission. His command was worried about collateral damage, namely the SCHOOL that was near the NVA target he was supposed to bomb. He bombed the target anyways. He was shown favoritism by NVA officers at the Hanoi Hotel, and was routinely "interrogated," but came back with no marks on his face or body, according to his fellow POWs. This is what earned him his nickname, which was given to him by his FELLOW POWs. Anyone who has been to war and has killed knows its not a game, but that doesn't seem to register with Songbird. People who have never been to war and killed but laugh about war and killing (Killary) are dumb and sociopathic. But someone who HAS been to war and killed, and still smiles when talking about killing and bombing people...that guy is evil and psychopathic. I remember watching him in the debates and you could just see the psychotic rage in his eyes and the hatred behind his forced, phony smile, as if he was about to become unhinged at any moment.

  3. McCain is a fucking traitor and a murderer. He was near last in his class in flight school (which he only got into because his Daddy is an admiral) because he was a drunk and an arrogant prick. He then went to Nam, but before he flew any missions, he caused a fire on the flight deck of the USS Forrestral because he was fucking around and showboating. That fire claimed 134 lives and caused 72 million dollars of damage. It almost sank the fucking ship altogether. Instead of getting thrown in the brig and executed, his Daddy made everything right, and he got off scot-free.

  4. Dawn Hernandez I wasn't Navy, either. I just remembered that incident because I fucking hate Songbird so much. I'm surprised a guy from VFW was defending him. Every vet I know calls him Songbird and hates his guts, not just for what he did and the way he conducted himself during his military career, but for what he's done and the way he's acted as a politician (the reasons you dislike him).
