Complete mental gymnastics and lack of logic assigning collective guilt to the entire event (and dictating what its intent was) just because a couple of people were supposedly "violent extremists" that wanted to attend. What if a Pakistani cultural event attracted jihadists? By your logic (or lack thereof) that means "you can't convincingly claim the intent of the event was to be peaceful if it attracted the attention of violent extremists." Only a fool motivated by extreme bias would believe such a thing.

@Betta66 Considering the NRA is a liberal organization in the most fundamental sense, what you really should be asking yourself is whether your notion of liberalism has anything at all to do with actual liberty anymore.

@Betta66 Liberal (in a political context) favoring maximum individual liberty in political and social reform. Please explain to me how the NRA is not advocating for the definition of liberty in a political context. (You know, the context we're talking about?) Being deceptive will not work with me. Liberal in the context you're using it does not apply to the 2A. I understand you're willing to discard traditional values, but the 2A is not a value, it is an unalienable right guaranteed to us by the Constitution.

@Betta66 Your definition is an adjective which describes personal social values rather than a political doctrine which emphasizes individual rights. That was the definition I was clearly talking about, and your definition does not apply to the 2A. So really, you moved the goalposts, and now you're projecting. You're deceptive, but you'll never win an argument against me.
