  5. Patrick Harrigan you are correct. California is a juggernaut but is so grossly mismanaged and corrupt that it will fail. It will need to become fiscally conservative by necessity and a lot of people will realize how fucking stupid Leftists are at that point, wittingly spending more than they can possibly afford.

They want the entire state to secede and become its own far-Left nation, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with the tax burden of LA. Silicon Valley is overwhelmingly Left wing, as is the entire Bay Area as a whole, the latter of which I also mentioned and you conveniently left out of your attempt to discredit what I said. The State of Jefferson initiative is the movement that wishes to escape the tax burden of the Bay Area and Southern California. The proposed State of Jefferson would not include the Silicon Valley, or any of the Bay Area. The largest city in the proposed SOJ would be Roseville, in Placer County.
